[Feature Request] Different formatting for different books.

Maybe this would be hard to implement, but right now I use ttsu for Japanese and ttu for French. I would like it all in one place (the one that's still being updated). I know this is mainly for Japanese, but it would be cool especially since yomitan is planning to merge with a fork that works with other languages.

As described in PR #262 it would probably be like a 3-4 presets list to save different combinations of general settings and switch between them rather than storing all settings per book
