Can JAX-Fluids handle a prescribed moving boundary with a known geometry that evolves over time? Specifically, I need to implement a simulation where: The boundary shape is known but changes with time. At each time integration step , the solver updates not only the flow velocity field but also the position of the boundary. The solver must correctly compute the momentum transfer (or interaction forces) at the interface caused by the boundary's motion.

Yes, this is possible, assuming the body is rigid. We do this with a user defined solid velocity that advects the level-set field. The velocity can be constant or a function of time and space. It is provided in the case setup .json file under the key "solid_properties/velocity". We pushed an example to the repository under examples/examples_2D/12_movingsolids, where a cylinder (inviscid) is advected in a periodic box with a constant velocity, see attached animation.
