As an admin, I want to create/update inventory storage locations so that I can adapt as the organization grows and sites are added or changed.

As an admin, I want to create/update inventory storage locations so that I can adapt as the organization grows and sites are added or changed.

Scenario 1: A new inventory storage location is rented for Carrie’s Closet.

Given: the admin navigates to storage location and knows information about a new inventory location they want to add;

When: the admin enters storage location information into the system;

Then: that location becomes available as a destination and source for donations and volunteers and displays a confirmation message that the admin added the location.

Scenario 2: An existing inventory storage location for Carrie’s Closet is moved to a similar location.

Given: the admin navigates to the storage location and knows information about the new and previous inventory locations;

When: the admin submits details about an update to a storage location details (e.g. space available has increased);

Then: the system updates the storage location information so other volunteers can see changes to the location and displays a confirmation message that the admin updated the location.

Scenario 3: An existing inventory storage location is no longer rented by Carrie’s Closet.

Given: the admin navigates to the storage location and knows information about the previous inventory location;

When: the admin removes the storage location;

Then: the system deletes or archives the storage location so volunteers know to no longer use that location and displays a confirmation message that the admin deleted or archived the location.
