Raw mode doesn't work

The logger.warn(...) call on line 18 of keywords.py fails because logger is not defined. Even if I create a logger called logger first so execution can continue, the Pause Execution keyword just prints "Test execution paused. Press OK to continue." then keeps going without pausing.

Turns out the latter error may have been my own fault as I didn't pass the -i flag to Docker when running my test suite. I haven't tested it again though, as I had already removed this package before I noticed, and I have already added my own implementation.
