I really love how simply you can start with the Eleventy static site generator, and would like to explore whether we can ease the entry requirements for Ignite at some point. This is just a research topic rather than a specific issue – something to explore!

What do you want to explore here?
Do you like the fact that you start from an empty directory with very few files?

Would a CLI command (like --quick) solve it, which explores the content of the current directory, builds a site based on some built-in configuration/template and surrounding *.md and *.swift files and start a local server?

Or is it more like: make it simple for Swift UI developers, using result builder in more areas.
Recent developments already went into this direction by defining StaticLayouts as some structs with a body property returning some HTML.
We could try to go further and perhaps define the Site in a similar way. (=corresponding to the App and Scene protocols in SwiftUI).
