Damage Indicator Spam in Water (Only on Dedicated Server)

Describe the bug

So, I recently started using my modpack on a server downstairs, and I am now testing with it. During testing, it began to rain (I have particle rain if it makes any difference), and the rain caused a spam of a bunch of 0's in the water. The font looked like it comes from this mod. My only guess is that this mod is reading the death of those particles and displaying damage for it. I have no idea. This never happened in single player.

Can confirm it happens, it might be an incompatibility with Particle Rain (somehow), but I don't know how the two are related
