@tyang816 thanks for sharing your work, are you planning to release some standalone codes for inference?

For example, having a script that takes a .fasta or a directory with PBD files and predicts corresponding solubility scores would make it easier to run your models and do benchmarks!

Thanks for your suggestion, I will update the code soon to support inference from a single PDB file or a directory. I will comment again when the code has been committed.
