    "In this notebook, you will be putting your recommendation skills to use on real data from the IBM Watson Studio platform. \n",

On the contrary, the accuracy for training set increases to a certain level as number of latent features increase. This is mainly due to overfitting: as we include more latent features in the model, the bias will decrease while the variance will increase, and the test set error will become larger."
