[BUG]: Disappearing Items #1636

Describe the issue in detail.
I loaded into my server and when I was moving a pile of my items with my grabber I had 3 items disappear on me. My plushie grabby grabber, my classic picaxe, and my night vision goggles. If a developer could help me I’d really appreciate it.
