Improve Data Index Recovery Algorithm

Description

• The data index recovery algorithm is not robust enough for different storage mediums. It needs to be updated in line with the updated data recovery algorithm.
• Also, there is potentially substantial data loss after crashing due to the number of indices placed on each page. There should be a way to rebuild the lost page, as each page that is written to storage also has contains the data index for the page.
