Keep track of citations being clicked #484
Description
This was a request from one of our professor/TAs. It would be nice to know how many times a user clicked on a citation. This could also be extended to know how many times a chunk or document had its citations clicked on.
It could be useful to show the number of times each chunk or document had its citations clicked on could be shown on the Chatbot Knowledge Base and Chatbot Settings page beside each chunk/document. This could be nice when contrasted with the number of times the document was cited (#485 )
You could also make an insight that compares how many times a document was cited vs how many of its citations were clicked once #485 is done (this insight could be moved to its own issue). I would also love to see a comparison between what types of chunks had their citations clicked on (like do LMS documents have their citations clicked on more vs inserted_questions)
