Framework Laptop's ectool seems not work after upgraded to non fsync kernel

Describe the bug

sudo ectool hello
Error getting I/O privilege: Operation not permitted
Cannot find I2C adapter
Unable to establish host communication
Couldn't find EC

What did you expect to happen?

ectool working.

Afaik the ectool stuff is merged to 6.11 so the kernel stuff should be ok
