Event-specific notification settings

Along with #82, I think it would be really cool to have event-specific notifications. For example, I want notifications about my next class silent but I want to hear an audible audible notification for the Jupiter Broadcasting Livestream.

Yes I can do this by simply muting and unmuting notifications but the above would be a much more elegant solution.
