Was pointed at Fission IPFS gateway.

Needs to just use GH pages.

Please comment if you want to take this on.

I set up a redirect to the GitHub org. The community site was pretty out of date. If anyone wants to update the website, I'm happy to point the DNS at that! Closing for now
