Shib issue when emailing records from Results page #87

Do a search
Select an item's checkbox in the results.
Email the item
Log in to Shib and 2FA
Click Send

Frequently, I am seeing a Shib/2FA error page at this point. The error text reads:

"Error

You may be seeing this page because you used the Back button while browsing a secure web site or application. Alternatively, you may have mistakenly bookmarked the web login form instead of the actual web site you wanted to bookmark or used a link created by somebody else who made the same mistake.

If you have just registered for Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), please close your browser, reopen it, and then go to the website you wish to reach.

Left unchecked, this can cause errors on some browsers or result in you returning to the web site you tried to leave, so this page is presented instead.

You are seeing this message because there was an issue logging in to the service you wish to access. Please close your browser, reopen it, and then go to the website you wish to reach.

I do receive a catalog email, but the text is:
"This email was sent from: catalog@lib.uchicago.edu

instead of the normal message text.
