I had some trouble building master

Hi, I had some trouble building the master branch here, it seems like http://repo.maven.apache.org/ no longer has multi-context-broker available. I was able to work-around this by following the steps I've listed in the Read Me on my fork of the project. If it is helpful, I'm happy to provide a wiki page or update the POM if you know the appropriate repo for the artifact.
