Fidelity of Tu-Art interrupts was only 60ms

I have improved the fidelity of and completed the interrupts for Tu-Art one. These interrupts were used by my 1980 Z80 Dazzler games to generate sound effects. The fidelity is not high enough yet for that, but I will try again without the front panel which was too much of a load for this.

Needs to be tested in the DEV branch. The interrupts are fiddly under Cromix, so we need to test this enough to not break Cromix support.

Ok, I've got Cromix up in the DEV branch and am ready to test. I searched everywhere for the login credentials, but I don't see them anywhere in the repo. Could you send me details on how to get them to myob10 at hotmail.com
