Describe the bug
Implement a fix for the discharge form's save button to ensure proper data capture.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'clinic module'
2. Click on more to admit patient'
3. Go to inpatient and click on assign bed in respective ward
4. Then, go to clinic module to attend to that patient by adding the vitals, visit notes and prescribed medication
5. Then click on discharge to add the escort nurse and the discharge summary
6. Finally, see error when saving the details

Expected behavior
Deploy a fix to restore the discharge form's save button functionality.
