Describe the bug
Deploy a fix to adjust the observation chart's size and position for optimal viewing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to clinic module
click on the patient name
Click on more to admit patient to the appropriate ward
Go to 'inpatient module'
Click on 'patient name to view the observation chart'
Uncover the bug preventing the observation chart from fitting on the page and implement a fix for optimal visualization.

Expected behavior
To display the page and fit the chart to the page
