Describe the bug
Resolve the glitch preventing patients from appearing in the cashier module.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'registration module'
Register a cash patients '
Then go to the cashier module to view the list of patients registered
See error

Expected behavior
Implement a fix to display the complete patient list for cashiers.
