To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'nusrsing mudule'
2. Click on 'patient name and click on the patient history'
3. Scroll down to 'view the clinical visit notes'
4. See error

Expected behavior
We need to patch this security gap and protect patient confidentiality in the nursing module's history.
