Describe the bug
Implement a fix to ensure accurate and consistent representation of issue requests across page views

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'store module
Click on 'main store
Scroll down to 'issuing button' and click on it
Then, click on the items per page and select 5
Then, view the list of items listed that are fewer than the number selected in step 4 above
See error

Expected behavior
Resolve the discrepancy between the total number of issue requests and the number of items displayed per page.
