Describe the bug
Implement a fix to ensure accurate and consistent representation of issue requests across page views

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'store module
  2. Click on 'main store
  3. Scroll down to 'issuing button' and click on it
  4. Then, click on the items per page and select 5
  5. Then, view the list of items listed that are fewer than the number selected in step 4 above
  6. See error

Expected behavior
Resolve the discrepancy between the total number of issue requests and the number of items displayed per page.
