Simplify item list, show issued only after fix.

Describe the bug
Resolve the issue where both issued and received items are displayed, obscuring the list of issued items only.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'store module
2. Click on 'main store
3. Scroll down to 'issuing button' and click on it
4. Then, click on the items per page and select 10
5. Then, view the list of items listed that are fewer than the number selected in step 4 above
6. then click on the filter and select issued
7. Then, view the list of the issued and received items
8. See error

Expected behavior
Implement a fix to ensure the list only displays issued items, providing a clear and focused view.
