Correct the malfunction causing the number of issue requests to mismatch the displayed items on different pages. #257

Describe the bug
Implement a fix to ensure accurate and consistent representation of issue requests across page views.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'store module
  2. Click on 'pharmacy
  3. Then click on the request button
  4. Scroll down to 'the'request button' and click on it
  5. Then, click on the items per page and select 10
  6. Then, view the list of items listed that are fewer than the number selected in step 5 above
  7. See error

Expected behavior
A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.

I include conditional rendering based on observable data streams so that filter "ISSUES" to be filtered correctly.

I implement conditional rendering using observable data streams to ensure that the "ISSUES" filter is applied accurately, allowing for proper filtering of issues in the user interface.
