Fix Config (1.19.3)

Fixes values that are missing by deleting and recreating the config

Added BlockLobbyMapAds + bugfx (1.19.3)

This is a big release! It adds a new blocker that blocks the map-art seen in lobby advertising things. There's also a fix for BlockLobbyWelcome where it blocks normal user messages.
The commands have been changed to house them all under the /poinpow command. Do /poinpow (tool) (true/false) to toggle blockers.

Better AutoSkipBarrier (1.19.3)

Removed the default 3ish second wait in AutoSkipBarrier, and replaced it with a auto checking loop. This makes it very fast.
