This is the second release, and I'm proud to remove the pre-release label!

The third-party plugins are now packaged in the .rmskin.

The layouts are tailored to Windows 11 as the bottom anchored skins are hardcoded with a WindowY=48B, 48 meaning the height of the taskbar (not sure yet how to fix this, so Windows 10 and below users will see floating bottom anchored skins).

Following the above, this also means the CustomTaskbar skin is currently unused pending a fix from Windows 11 / translucent taskbar plugin/app.

Hey there.

This is the first release. It is mostly a test.

The suite requires some third-party plugins, but the provided rmskin is not packaged with them yet. Repo still needs some sorting out.
