We have been developing genotyping solutions for some time to identify SARS-CoV-2 variants direct from RT-PACE PCR.
Its great to see all the variants curated in this way and especially useful that you included nucleotide coordinates as we can use these to design probes. I wrote some code to parse your variants and output flanking sequence with the central SNP variant ready for probe design: https://github.com/pr0kary0te/SARSvariants2probes. I would be happy for you to incorporate this into your GitHub if you like. See https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0243185 for an example of RT-PACE variant calling by PCR.
