Need to update the README with useful information rather than its current placeholder. Should follow something along the lines of:

  1. The problems with existing web forms.
  2. How Uniform solves them.
  3. Show Uniform in action.
  4. Link to Wiki documentation.
  5. Request feedback.
  6. Mention future development plans.

Updated the README to accurately describe the current state of the language and how to use it. I marked a few items with TODO which I wasn't completely sure about. Take a look, @sawyernovak and let me know what you think.
