MacOS App crashes on launch

Can someone help me out with my Uno MacOS App crashes on launch with

Unhandled exception. System.AggregateException: One or more errors occurred. (Could not find a part of the path '/Applications/UnoApp.app/Contents/MacOS/Uno.Fonts.Fluent/Fonts/uno-fluentui-assets.ttf'.)
 ---> System.IO.DirectoryNotFoundException: Could not find a part of the path '/Applications/UnoApp.app/Contents/MacOS/Uno.Fonts.Fluent/Fonts/uno-fluentui-assets.ttf'.
   at Interop.ThrowExceptionForIoErrno(ErrorInfo errorInfo, String path, Boolean isDirError)

I'm using Material theme for my app.
Works perfectly fine with Windows ClickOnce App.

I don't see any error on MacOS app publish.

UnoFeatures in my csproj:
