What problem are you facing?

I've planned to used configuration-gitops-argocd for demo purposes however it uses provider-helm version 0.17.0. Version 0.19.0 has introduced fix which is crucial for me as I use other configurations which pull from oci registries without credentials and version 0.17.0 errors out when doing that. Related PR
The feature was backported to version 0.18.1 of provider-helm

How could Upbound help solve your problem?
