2. LLM generate UQL group by host_name (doc at https://uptrace.dev/features/querying/spans)
3. And sends it to Uptrace API https://developers.uptrace.dev/#/querying/listspangroups
4. Users get a list of host names

As a developer I want to be able to incoming requests and responses.
