Ability to moderate other users' memos as admin

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be nice if those with an admin/host role could moderate or delete content (memos/resources/comments/etc) from other (non-admin/host) users without having to use an API or delete from the DB.

I think this feature would be really helpful for those who want to create a memos instance to share publically with larger groups of people.
