General script to support osmt2 and SMTS #12

It'd be nice if smts/cluster/bin/compare.sh and cluster/bin/compare.sh would be somehow combined.
Maybe smts/cluster/bin/compare.sh can become something like cluster/bin/compare_general.sh which would be called by smts/cluster/bin/compare.sh and cluster/bin/compare.sh with argument smts or osmt2 respectively, and this would configure the compare_general.sh` to run in the correct way.
We can also replace cluster/bin/extract_results_time_osmt2.sh with the more general version in smts/cluster/bin/extract_results_time_osmt2.sh just by moving the latter on top of the former.
