Multiple account removal

Add ability to check for the same first and last name with different emails and quickly remove/merge duplicate accounts

What happens if people share the same first name and last name though? We can't always assume that people who share names are the same person. However, I suggest instead having the ability to add multiple emails to one account, potentially with the ability to sign in with any of them to the same account.
