自动将解析到的IP添加到本次运行时的规则中.

如: 规则中存在 github.com 域名, DNS流量经过V2Ray后, 自动将解析到的IP添加到与 github.com 规则相同匹配规则的规则中.

动机: 代理非HTTP的TCP流量, 而又无需依赖 http_proxy.
