How to add protocol of HTTP and HTTPS in inbound of config.json in Ubuntu?

By my surfing on internet, I have not seen any post talking about this.

Is it possible to do settings to v2ray like v2rayN to get a global proxy with all protocols

Well, I resolve the problem by setting environment whose value is localhost:port specified in inbound section of config.json.

Is there any other method?
