Consider making obviously necessary elements mandatory #37
Description
The IG has been built with as little mandatory cardinalities as possible - 1) since we don't know what kind of data exactly will we be able to get, and 2) we'd like to get all of the data possible, even if it is not 100% complete.
Some elements however can be made mandatory as without them, our data collection simply would not function. This list should be kept as minimal as possible. Some candidates include:
- form 17 number
- claimresponse.request
- appointment.slot
- claimresponse.adjudication
This work is slotted for the QA stage hopefully we'll have more clarity by then.
