🌱 feat: support inline auth

### Summary
Add AWS authentication fields to CRD and update `validatorctl` accordingly.

### Acceptance Criteria
1. Corresponding changes finished within `validatorctl`
2. `validator rules check` works with AWS rules configured and without any prompts related to k8s secrets
