Unicode characters in PKs don't work in TabGui REST paths

When the Primary Key of a row contains unicode characters it does not load properly in TabGui tabs.

This was reported by @alhashemi via e-mail (pasted below) and I tested and confirmed the issue

Hi,

Like I mentioned earlier on IRC, when I create new record for one of my tables, 
RapidApp will automatically create a new tab in the interface with the newly added 
record. However, when the new record I added is in Arabic (it's a single-column 
table), the new tab says "Load Failed - Reord not found" with some garbled text. 
The record is there, it just looks like an encoding issue. Perhaps something is 
double encoded or maybe not encoded as UTF-8. See the screenshot.
