#37 Added a hotfix that has been remedied upstream. This issue is just to track that a hotfix is in place, in requirements.txt

The problem and proposal of this hotfix are here: netbox-community#4910

Next time the upstream branch is merged into our develop branch, this should get overwritten and all will be well. Just adding this here for tracking purposes.
