Display a legend with wallpapers

Hi,
I would love the ability to add a legend to wallpapers.
E.g. is a date is found in the wallpaper name (or EXIF data ?), then display the date the picture was taken.
If the source (e.g. flickr, unsplash) has a legend for the picture, display it.
