Different payment systems between WC and WCQD

Hi Varun, hope all is good! :)

While implementing the recurring donation, I'm facing a small problem, that I currently solved by using some javascript, but it's not a good solution.

Basically I am using a payment gateway for recurring payments, that can be used for donations, but shouldn't be available while shopping products.
The thing is that if I disable this payment gateway in WC, it becomes unavailable in WCQD, see what I mean?

Do you think it's possible to achieve this?
