watch changes and process directories #1

Hi,

would it be possible to extend the functionality of this plugin so it:

watches for changes in defined plantuml files
compiles plantuml files in sub-directories ( e.g. if I specify src/plantuml/*/.puml )

actually I've solved the "watch" part with https://github.com/weavejester/lein-auto
