The universe of parties (which get evaluated) for eligible entities reward should be as follows:

  • if no staking and no notional requirement is defined - all parties in vega
  • if no staking requirement is defined the universe of evaluated parties includes parties which were active in any relevant market in scope
  • if no notional requirement is defined than all staking parties get evaluated
