Add dropdown for discord timestamp format flag

By providing some flags in the discord timestamp like

<t:timestamp:flag>

Discord will change thre apperance of the timestamp.
I think it would be great, if snow-stamp would offer a dropdown menu next to the field where you can copy that timestamp to select, which flag to use.
This way users can just copy their desired timestamp in one go and don't have to edit it afterwards.

Thank you for the request; I was planning on adding this but didn't get around to creating an issue for it!

Do you think Snow-Stamp should remember your last-used flag on future visits?

Yes I think this would be great.
I know someone who uses timestamps in the R format for some user-lists and he has to add users/timestamps to it periodically so I guess it would be pretty convenient.
And even if you need another flag from time to time or even everytime you visit the website - I personally see no drawback in storing the last value when faced with the option to switch to my preferred flag from either the "default" or from my last selected one.
