Feature request: Select portfolio and assetlist over portfoplio's

First of all what a great piece of SW, exactly what I was looking for to keep an eye on my assets.

Some ideas I got when entering my portfolio's today that might be something for the future maybe (if not also no problem off course, the basics work great so I just found my new favorite in quickly having a glance at value and performance). To not overload the issues part I'll put them in this one post:

1. Being able to sort portfolio's and assets in portfolio's (they now seem to sort on creation order while alphabetical would also be nice)
2. Being able to select portfolio's in home so the (total) valuation can be determined for some portfolios you select
3. Asset overview throughout portfolios (being able to have a quick helicopter view glance as sometimes multiple portfolio's can contain the same asset)
4. Showing the current average price per asset (and maybe even showing that in the graph)

I also have something else in thoughts but will make a separate ticket for it as it is quite a request (so you can also close it if not in the path you have in mind).

thank you very much, I'm really glad you found this software useful!

1. Portfolios are sorted based on performance (for a selected period, typically a day), but yes having an ability to sort by arbitrary parameter would be useful

I cant promise to deliver these features soon, but they definitely make feature list.

No problem, and they were only suggestions for the longer term. I definitely am in no hurry, it is already very usefull as is. Subscribed to releases so if/when new functions are added in a new version I will know 😉

Ps. Would it also be possible to use a seperate MariaDB or postgress database by defining one in the docker-compose.yaml using something like or is that not (yet) suported and not adviced to try?

currently on Sqlite is supported as Database, but im looking to replace it with postgress some time in the future
