Add support for pnpm v10

Goals

As of Jan 7th pnpm 10 is now stable: https://github.com/pnpm/pnpm/releases/tag/v10.0.0. Add support to Vercel so we can upgrade to this version in our projects.

Background

Vercel officially supports pnpm up to version 9 but doesn't yet support version 10.

If so, could you share the link.
We are also looking into this issue after we tried updating our projects to pnpm v10.
