Nice tool! Is there any chance to support ipywidgets output? Of course not the fully interactive interface, but maybe only the rendered result? That would be gorgeous!

It might be possible. I think it would amount to passing through a bunch of raw HTML. I haven't looked at how that passes through the nbconvert HTML templates. Have you?
