Harmonise icons throughout the app #145
Description
The icons used in the app are from multiple sources (lucide, react-icons, etc.)
We have to harmonise them and use whatever is on Figma.
We should get rid of lucide and particularly react-icons (which provides many icon libraries) because developers are tempted to use that as an easy way to add an icon, often resulting in a different icon style compared to other icons.
Not against using a library, but it has to be defined by the designer.
