The User Guide needs to be updated.

We need to convert to RST and remove the notebooks from the doc gen:

Introduction

• vdf (Umar)

Performance

• queryprofiler (Umar)

Bug correction:

• read_csv - record_terminator bug (Badr)
• ML - wrong types (Badr)

We then need to do the following tasks:

• Double check the different RST (Badr: DONE; Umar: In Progress)
• Remove the notebook archive, the script to generate the file due to the nested structure
• Compile the doc
